I met Mona Pasquil Rogers, Appointments Secretary for the Office of Governor Jerry Brown, three years ago at the Biannual Conference for the Filipino American Educators Association of California (FAEAC) in September 2015. She was part of the panel on policy at the symposium today. It was great to catch up with her again.
